It was interesting post.
I’ll prefer the reality rather than perception. We should consider the realities while performing some sales or purchases in the market.
You are right. It is the realities both buyers and sellers need to consider. But, my experience is that the two parties usually see reality quite differently. The buyer is convinced the property is worth much less than the number being offered and the seller feels like they are giving it away even at the list price! This is a challenging market and made even more difficult under current lending practices and guidelines.
