I found this wonderful site and want to share it with you, www.myshape.com. Create an account with your email and password, fill out the questionnaire and they will assign you one of the seven body types and show you styles and designers that will flatter your figure. They have some interesting accessories and great sale items, too. I like the concept and I think they are on to something. How many times have you fallen victim to a current trend or style only to look at pictures years later and wonder, “What was I thinking?”
There’s nothing wrong and nothing better than honestly analyzing your assets and making the most of what you have and showing it off in stylish, well-fitting clothing. Not only will you feel better about your wardrobe, it will probably save you lots of money on those impulse purchases that should have been left at the counter. If any of you have any great advice or insights, hot shopping or fashion tips, bring it on!
We need to know where to go and what to buy and on the flip side, what to avoid and styles and labels that just aren’t worth the price. We all love a bargain or a fashion find. And, we all have at least one embarrassing fashion faux pas better left in the closet. So, share your experience, knowledge and fashion treasures with us all.
Here are some questions:
1) What’s your favorite item in your closet right now?
2) What is your most embarrassing fashion moment?
3) What item of clothing or accessory can you not live without?
4) If you could have anyone’s body, who’s would you choose?
5) If you could change one thing on your body, what would it be?
6) What part of your body do you adore and are the most proud of?
7) What is your best bargain or sale item in your wardrobe?
Whose style and fashion sense do you admire?
9) What’s your most important accessory?
10) If you could tell your best friend the honest truth about her wardrobe, what would you say? I’m looking forward to your responses and mustering up the courage to answer these questions myself. No need to provide photographic evidence.
