Thanks for your commments. This really is a great property. If you know the area, the Marina District is San Diego’s most desirable neighborhood and this is an exceptional value and location. This could be a great 2nd home for visitors from the desert areas. (We get a lot of “Zonies” and Palm Springs/Desert) residents escaping the heat of the summer)
